Refund Policy

Any and all services offered (“Activity” or “Activities”) by the Real Expeditions brand of Mughamrat LLC (“we”, “us” or “our) are non-refundable unless the Activity is cancelled by us for reasons that are not beyond our control.

Due to the nature of many of the Activities, delays and cancellations may result due to factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as the weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. As many of the Activities offered by us are dependent on weather conditions, in case Activities are cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions, our staff will offer you alternative dates that the booking can be rescheduled to. These cases are non-refundable.

In certain cases where the cancellation happens due to an event that is not beyond our control, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the supplier of the Activity concerned.

No refunds are available once the Activity has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

Refunds will be completed within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy

If you request cancellation (not rescheduling) of any Activity after the booking of the Activity has been confirmed us, 100 percent cancellation fee will be applicable.

However, rescheduling to another date is possible as per the conditions indicated below:

If you request rescheduling of an Activity to another date not less than 48 hours before the scheduled time and date, no cancellation fees will be applicable.

If you request rescheduling of an Activity to another date less than 48 hours before the scheduled time and date, 10 percent cancellation fee will be applicable.

If you request rescheduling of an Activity to another date less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and date, 30 percent cancellation fee will be applicable.

The above-mentioned cancellation fees incurred due to rescheduling will have to be paid in full before the Activity can commence. Payment can be made through our usual channels, cash in our back office in Dubai, cash on the site prior to starting the Activity, wire transfer or online payment.

When canceling any booking you will be notified via either email or telephone call of the total amount of cancellation fees.

The above-mentioned percentages are calculated based on the total fee that was payable for the affected Activity.
